Our Process

Whether creating a piece for stock, or a custom piece of jewelry for a client, Yanina & Co. approaches every design with a very high-level of detail. We begin by drafting our designs on paper, working out all the minor details and basic look. From there, we map out our creation in our CAD system, giving us an interactive 3D rendering of the newly created piece. From there, our state-of-the-art 3D printer begins to create the piece, out of wax. Once the wax is crafted, it is sent to our casting facility, which begins to create a wax mold around the piece and fill it with gold.

When the casting arrives back in our hands, our jewelers immediately get to work, quality inspecting and checking the casting, as well as beginning its cleaning process. From there, the diamonds are hand set, and the piece is hand finished and assembled, with our jewelers working very hard to capture the essence of the piece. Once finished, the piece is then polished and finally plated to perfection.
